Why hasn’t the email confirmation with a link to set a password been received?

• The server that sends the email is experiencing technical difficulties or is down.

• The email has been marked as spam or is being filtered into the junk/spam folder.

If none of the reasons listed above are the cause of the issue you are experiencing, you should wait at least 24 hours for the email confirmation with a link to set a password to arrive in your inbox.

Nothing works even waiting for 24 hours what should i do? When registering, ensure that you do not close the tab or switch to another application until you see the green square notification appear in the upper right corner of your screen. If it’s not visible, wait until the page reloads.

Is my registered email private?

Your email will remain private and will only be visible to moderators and administrators.
